Honored Collective of Armenia “Dance Ensemble  BERD”  was founded in Yerevan in 1963.
During 60 years of  it’s creative activity, the Dance Ensemble  "BERD has gone on a tour in more than 35 countries, has participated approximately in 500 international festivals,  presented itself with around 1000 solo concerts and has had millions spectators.
The concert repertory of the  "BERD"   Ensemble   comprises more than 100 Armenian national  dances of martial, lyric, ritual,  joky, working and other characters  which represent many regions of not only the Republic of Armenia but also of the Historical Armenia.
